Product Explanation:The model BACS-300-100A batch and continuous mixing skid utilizes the ACM-III which is the latest in mixing and density control technology.

Working steps:

The unit working steps: The high pressure water in water supply pump (Serva 4X3) goes into high energy mixer and then form to jet flow, to produce negative pressure suction cement and make it go to the mixing pool after moist and mixing. By the first mixing, slurries return to mixer via recirculating pump (Serva5X6 centrifugal pump), and by second mixing and multi-mixing, it is to reach the destination of the setting density. Mixed slurry is sent to batch mixing tank through transmission pump (The second5X6 centrifugal pump). Install blender in batch mixing tank, which can avoid slurry from separation and deposition. For special slurry, it can add liquid additives through hopper on the top of batch mixing tank, and mixing through recirculating pump. After slurry mixed, it is sent to plunger pump by perfusion pump on cement truck, or suck directly by plunger pump, in the mean time start the second mixing in another batch mixing tank to realize continuous work.

ntinuous mixing operation: Send slurry from mixing tank to big pump’s suction via transmission pump to finish work

2.batch mixing operation: Slurry from mixing tank via two batches to realize storing and continuous work

3.special slurry mixing: for special formula slurry (such as high density slurry), it can use the regular density mixing slurry as the basic fluid, add aggregative power through filler on the top of unit, and recirculation mix in unit by recirculating pump.
