Standards implemented

It is manufactured according to GB/T12706-2008, IEC60502-1, IEC60502-2, AS NIS1429.1, AS NIS5000.1, BS6346, BS6622, DNVDE0276-620 standards. The flame-retardant power cable is manufactured according to Q/HHT. It complies with GB12666.5(IEC332-3) standards. The fire-resistant power cable is manufactured according to Q/HHT. It complies with GB12666.5(IEC332-3) standards.

It is used to transmit and distribute power on the power line of A.C. rated voltage 0.6/1kV. The flame-retardant performance. Fire-resistance with high demand on fire-resisting performance such as high-rise building, the big market;

Using feature & Main Technical Performance

1. The Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor a.For XLPE Insulation is no more than 90℃.In short-circuit (The Max. long-term continues no more than 5 second). The highest temperature of conductor is no more than 250℃. b. For PVC Insulation is no more than 70℃.In short-circuit (The Max. long-term continues no more than 5 second). The highest temperature of conductor is no more than 160℃
2. Environment temperature should be no lower than 0℃. The min bending radius should be no smaller than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
3. D.C. Conductor resistance complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956.
4. Working Frequency Voltage Test: 3.5kV/5min without puncture.
5. Flame-retardant character: Flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB12666.5 (IEC332-3).

           Low smoke & low halogen flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB12666.7(IEC1034). HCL content of gas separated out in firing should be no more than 100mg/g and comply with IEC574-1.

          Low smoke & halogen-free- retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle as GB12666.5(IEC332-3). Smoke density in firing should comply with stipulations of GB12666.7 (IEC1034). PH value of solution water of gas separated out should be no less than 4.3, and electric conductivity rate should be no more than 10μs/mm and comply with stipulations of IEC754-2.

Fire-resistance cable could endure fire rating test in GB12666.6(IEC331).
