Reactor

Filter reactor for solid power supply is very important and has two effects. First, the rectifier output current becomes smooth and stable. Second, when SCR inverter becomes short circuit, it can limit short-circuit current growth rate and the size of the maximum short-circuit current. If the filter reactor design parameters are unreasonable, the core material is not good or the manufactory technology doesn’t work well, it will have a significant impact on the reliability of power-supply.

Compensation capacitor

Compensation capacitor should be sited as close as to the furnace body in the basement in order to reduce the loss of electric-current loop. New type of compensation capacitor, which is water-cooled and has non-toxic water as medium, is characteristic of large capacity per unit, low dielectric loss and needing small area.

All our capacitors take large cross-section water-cooled copper, so that copper operating temperature does not exceed 45°C and the transmission loss of the parallel resonant circuit can be reduced.

Induction coils

Induction coils are made up of 99.9% rectangular tubes around. And its insulation appearance is sprayed of intensified epoxy insulating resin. The insulation layer can bear above 5000V.

Induction coil is fixed by periphery of bolts and bars welded outside around it. After its fixation, the distance error should be within 2 mm.

Coppered water-cooling loop is put in the coil’s upside and downside, in order the furnace body’ inside material can be heated equally, and its span life can be extended.

Magnetic yoke

Magnetic yoke adopts high permeability cold rolled silicon-steel. The thickness of silicon-steel is 0.3 mm. The yoke’s inside surface shares the same radian with the coil outside surface so that the yoke can closely cling to the coil outside and limit the magnetic fields outside from coil to reduce the magnetic resistance of outside magnetic road.

The yoke is fixed by steel plate and apparatus and welded. And water-pipe is welded also to cool the yoke. The pipe can bear 0.45Mpa water pressure without any leak within 15 mins.

The yoke’s flexibility is no more than 4mm. The error between realistic and theory middle line is no more than 3mm.

Shelf

Shelf can be divided into two parts: moving and fixation.

Moving shelf is used to erect coil and yoke and is made up of the welding of steel bar and plate and adopts frame structure. The cover in the frame window can be moved for examination. The operative platform on the frame roof adopts thick steel plate in order the frame strength and bearing ability can be improved.

The fixed shelf is sited in the ground foundation to bear the moving one. The upside has turning axis to connect the moving one. The moving shelf can be tilted forwards by 95º moved by cylinder.

Water-cooling cable

Water-cooling cable adopts fire-resistant rubber pipe outside and soft copper line inside. Its terminal is made of non-oxygen copper bars. The rubber pipe is good at fire-resistant and has good strength. And it enjoys good flexibility and can be bended at wish and bear 2.5Mpa water pressure without any leak and break.

Hydraulic system

The furnace turns safe and softly and never gets stuck and vibrates. The biggest angle is 95º. A protection apparatus for angles is put in its tilting limit place. It adopts two hydraulic cylinders for operation. The cylinder entrance is connected directly to the control valve which limits the speed to guarantee the cylinder to work at designed speed.
