Performance Characteristics of Drilling Rig
1. YTR150D drilling rig is equipped with forehead cylinder, through which the pulley-yoke can automatically fold the mast, so as to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. |
| 2.YTR150D drilling rig uses the most advanced electronic leveling device which can switch between manual operation and automatic operation and is capable of real-time monitoring the mast and carrying out automatic adjustment to ensure the mast is always in the vertical state during construction operation, and this can effectively ensure the pile-hole verticality meets the requirement of the engineering. |
| 3. Hydraulic system of drilling rig uses advanced negative flow control technology, realizing the flow distribution as needed. In addition, the superposition of electric power can avoid overload, so as to maximize the use of engine power. |
| 4.The hydraulic system of drilling rig, with pilot proportional control valve, is high efficient and energy-saving and has high control accuracy. |
| 5.YTR150D rotary drilling rig can automatically adjust power head's torque and speed proportion according to the hard and soft degree of the stratum. This not only can ensure the high-efficient drilling and make sure the engine run stably, but also can reduce the requirements for operator's skill. |
