Application fields

1. Lathe industry

Numerical control lathe is the first industry field we enter. Maxsine EP100 series AC Servo Drives has taken up very large market share in this field. It becomes the standard that using Permanent Brushless Servo Motor instead of step motor in the numerical control machine. Part of highend products begin to be equipped with Permanent Magnet Linear Servo System. 

2. Textile industry

Textile industry is an important industry field in which AC Servo System is applied widely. At present, there are many industrial equipments adopting AC Servo System such as highgrade carding machine, drawing frame which could selfregulate and level uniformly, new roving machine, CNC spinning frame, section warper, slasher, and roller printing machine etc.

3. Printing and packaging industry

4' Installation Dimension

 Installation precaution:

1) Installation/disassembly components coupled to the motor shaft end ,do not hit shaft hard to prevent the other side of motor shaft encoder was knocked out bad.

2)Striving to make the best of its shaft toprevent vibration and bearing damage.
