The headquarter of JIANA Decorative Materials CO,. LTD is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province of P.R. China, which is the manufacturing base of aluminum ceiling. In 2013, JIANA Company imported the large-scale automatic computer numerically controlled Aluminum Roll Coating Production Line and full automatic Electrostatic Spraying Production Line. As to precise metal work, JIANA Company built up its own half-automatic hydraulic equipment and purchased large assembling die. 

JIANA Company focuses on the color aluminum roll coating production and processing, D&R and producing of the project board. Our products include aluminum wall panel, square ceiling, tube ceiling, strip ceiling, blade ceiling, coated aluminum coil etc.

Color Aluminum Roll Coating Production Equipment 

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.

We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.20mm, width 1680mm.  

Spraying Process:

Skim→ Alkali→ Corrosion Blare→ Elimination(by acid) → Chromium zing→ Drying→

Parts→ Installation→Spraying→ Solidifying→ Parte-removing→ Check(packing)
