Color Aluminum Roll Coating Production Equipment 

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.

We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.20mm, width 1680mm.  

Spraying Process:

Skim→ Alkali→ Corrosion Blare→ Elimination(by acid) → Chromium zing→ Drying→

Parts→ Installation→Spraying→ Solidifying→ Parte-removing→ Check(packing)

Bending and Cutting Euipment

1. We offer FREE sample of coated aluminum coil and aluminum ceiling panel for our customer to examin our quality within 24 hours.

2. RAL Color, KFCC Color, Wooden Color Series, Stone Color Series, or cutomized color are available(need your sample to compare).

3. OEM service, customized non-standard ceiling or curtain wall(in this case, customer needs to offer blueprints or CAD drawing)

4. We offer pick-up and drop-off service in the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Please tell us your landing time before you take the flight.

2. How much can you produce per month?

Our factory's ceiling productivity is 190,000 square meter per month. Coated aluminum coil's productivity is 200 tons per month.
