[Features]
The detection deviceconsists of two parts, control cabinet, ball valve life test rig.Controlcabinet is mainly for testing the system pressure, the ball valve life teststand is mainly composed of guide rail, vertical displacement adjusting device,the valve handle (round) the rotating drive device, etc. Main function is toadjust rotation according to the size of the specimen valve drive chuckposition, make it with the valve handle (round) concentric, clamping afteropening and closing of the valve disc. Rotating drive device consists ofstepper motors, power transmission device and a rotary encoder. It can supplythe rotation of the 40 nm torque, and to determine the opening and closing ofthe valve.
