Optional device---Silent canopy for generator

 It is environment friendly product. It adopts advanced noise reduction technique and is made of new type sound absorbing materials, Suitable to installation in narrow place and place with strict demand for noise, like: factory, school,hotel, restaurant and residential area,etc.

Features of generator silent canopy:

1.Regular low noise control within 75dB(A) ( at 7 meters), super low noise with in 70 dB(A)(at 7 meters)

2. Double-layers bottom frame with shock absorbing device.The oil tank, battery and muffler are assembled together. Easy to deliver and install.

3.Glass window and emergency button to make it easier to operate and inspect the working situation 

of generator.

  Features of mobile trailer for diesel generators

1.For shingle shafted series,there are supporting wheels in front of automotive chassis. It can bear vertical load and has the oriented function.

2.For double shafted series, we equip them with bolt type hitch frame which is used for adjusting height freely. It’s suitable for tractors in different height and can turn direction freely.

3.Hanger of the trailers are mobile. 180 degree angle turning range, easy to turn direction, running steadily.Pneumatic breaking system gives high safety to the generator running.

Automatic control system for generator:

1.Manual control panel: This mode can not only provide start/stop fundamental function, but also can supervise the sunning situation if the generator set bu showing ass the technical data. Based on the alarm system and protection function, the generator can run more steady and reliably.

2.Long distance control system: The generator can be controlled in a long distance. We fix start time-lapse relay and stop time-lapse relay on the panel, so the system is easier to operate and it can run more reliable.

3.Automatic control panel and automatic loading switch: Freestanding control cabinet with ATS and automatic start control function available form us. It’s easy to operate and suitable for the central control of electric equipment. 

 A. National grid power and self-generated power can be switched freely by ATS with protection function.

B.Status indicator lights for national grid power , generated power and loading.

C.Automatic switching time, no more than 7 seconds (adjustable)

4.Control Panel of parallel operation: Operate mode: manually, automatic and semi-auto. Parallel 2 sets or more generators together to form a power grid. Load distributed automatically, central control, and easy to maintain by this paralleling system.

Ignition system:We adopt ignition system of magneto which produced by American ALTRONIC company,including:magneto,high-tension coil,sparking plug.
Starting system: DC24V electric motor,12v190 adopt ST710 of direct-current.
Pressure charging system:Pulse Mixed-flow  supercharger, compression ration is  1:8,meet engine's  requirement   for gas-flow rate.
Speed regulating system: EGS gas controller of American WOODWARD Company.
