- Water based: solvent and asbestos free.
- Lightweight, thin-film application.

- Single component (stir and spray).
- Cost effective due to low film thicknesses.
Our coating is a UL/ULC Approved water-based intumescent coating for interior structural steel. Unlike ordinary fireproofing, our coating is applied at minimum thickness and requires no reinforcement. With its incredibly THIN Dry Film Thickness it represents a breakthrough in interior fire protection, design and technology.
Our coating is spray applied and offers up to 120 minutes fire protection under UL263 and ASTM E119
It is solvent free and virtually odourless and has been designed to allow fireproofing without compromising aesthetic appeal.
Our coating protects open and closed steel sections against loss of bearing capacity for up to 120 minutes and 240 minutes to certain size of steel.
