1. Housing:
Combined by high sealing aluminum frame and low thermal resistance wall panels which made by color steel, wallboard is polyurethane foam, with thermal conductivity is: enter= 0.022 w/m.°C. It also can use high power polyurethane wallborad or glass cotton wallboard, this structure has the best performance in the heat insulation, sound insulation, fire prevention, strength, service life and cleanliness. The materials also ensure the unit anti-corrosion resistant, attractive and durable, with small leakage rate. Flexible exterior design and flexible production makes it convenient for customers to choose products according to personal interest and building space.
2. Fan:
Using the rotor centrifugal fan, passed strict static balance, dynamic balance and whole unit dynamic balance testing, to ensure that the whole unit can run with low noise, high efficiency, strong structure and stable performance. 3. Cooler:

4. Dry type water pond:

Water discharge on time can reduced water corrosion in condensation water dish and can inhibit the growth of bacteria and detained sewage, it ensures indoor air quality.
5. Air filter:
The standard filter for unit equipment is the plate type primary effect filter (nylon net/aluminum nets/non-woven), filtration efficiency ≥65%. It has the features of strong structure, long service life and repeatable washing. All filters are installed on the standard slider, easy for daily inspection and change. According to the special requirements of customers, we can also offer a complete range of better filtration efficiency filter. Differential pressure gauge and obligate signal interface are optional.
6. Air Outlet:
Using superior performance jet ball type spout as the air outlet, it can realize remote air supply without air duct, suitable for large space, such as: hall, cinemas, theaters or museums, especially convenient for large workshop with demand for warm wind. During horizontal air supply, angle for air supply can be adjusted within 60 ° manually or through controller, so as to the cooling/heating air can be sent to the desired position.
7. Control:
Inverter system designed by our company is also optional, this system can adjust the air outlet volume automatically according to air conditioning load. And, fresh air operation is suitable for transitional seasons.
