That’s why we import all of our materials, and test each shipment for color homogeneity and standardization. We never use lead stabilizers, or excess fillers. Instead we use quality and environmentally-friendly materials, such as American DuPont Titanium Dioxide, which gives PVC its brilliant white color and helps to reflect damaging UV rays; and Swiss CIBA UV convert agent.

  With our quality raw materials, we can begin the manufacturing process. This must be conducted in a controlled environment, like the one at Beidi, so that each and every batch is uniform. The entire extrusion process is machine-controlled, eliminating human error. Our extruders are of the highest quality, being imported from Krauss-Maffei in Germany. We also produce double color co-extrusion (ASA) products and aluminum plastic composite products. Our pigments are of high quality, so you never need worry that they will fade, flake, or bubble once extruded onto the profile.

  Our quality continues down the line, where we test each and every batch of our profiles before shipment.
