High Shear Powder&Liquid Mixer is a special machine that use of stator and rotor high-speed rotation mixing together with liquid and produce of vacuum negative pressure. With the help of continuous vacuum negative pressure,the powder will evenly into rapid flow of liquid. By high-speed shear homogeneous of rotor and stator, the powder can instantly dispersed homogeneously mixing together with the liquid.

As the liquid and powder will not contact before mixing, when open the vacuum negative pressure valve, the powder will instantly drawn into rotor-stator chamber and rapid mixed evenly dispersed in the liquid. It is best choice for powder & liquid mixing, dispersing, homogeneous. Our machine can prevent powder agglomeration and secondary powder agglomeration.
