JKE shear type powder&liquid mixer is a high speed machine using special rotor and stator for recirculating powder and liquid mixing,dispersing,homogeneous and emulsifying applications. The mixer is uniquely engineered to incorporate even the most difficult-to-wet powders. An inline rotor–stator mixer offers elasticity, good property, and portability.Its operation is simple and convenient, it also maximizes equipment utility while simplifying material handling.

Since powder is completely mixed,dispersed,dissolved with the liquid after passing through the mixer, product output is maximized and wastage is reduced even eliminated.

The mixer is designed to mixing powders and liquid on a continuous and semi-continuous basis. The system can handle a wide range of viscosities, from low viscosity products through to viscous gels.The mixer has a strong transport ability. According to characteristic of product, the maximum concentration can up to 70%.(water 30%, powder 70%)

The advanced design of the mixer’s rotor-stator provides for an high speed shearing of powder, leading to high speed homogenous and emulsifying results completely.
