2. Selling service: 

After order confirmed and all products finished, we'll send our technician to your site for guiding the installation and commissioning and train your workers how to operate the equipments.

Or we can also arrange our workers to your site to install and commission the whole set equipments.

The cost will be included in the total price of the whole set equipments.

3. After-sale service:

The warranty will be one year from the date of shipment. Any detected parts during this period caused by the quality of products will be replaced by seller free of cost (exclude wear and tear parts), improper operation and other manmade reasons are excluded.

1. How about the investment of this project?  

Our engineer will design a best project for you based on your requirement and budget, different requirements and budgets investment are different. Low capacity low cost, we will try best to provide you a best solution considering the cost.

2. What’s the payment terms?

T/T and L/C are accepted.  Usually 40% by T/T as advance payment within 7 days after the contract signed, the balance of 60% paid after your products inspection in our factory or we send the finished pictures to you 5 days before shipment.

3. What’s the delivery time?

Delivery should be within about 30 days from the date of receipt of 40% down payment. Installation and commissioning time will be within about 20 days.
