The series of CNC vertical hard/line rail machine centers include the metal cutting machine which equips with well-known control system in high-end and makes overwhelming majority function of drilling,milling,bore,enlarging hole,reaming work automatically and cyclically.The device not only coordinates boring but also accurately and efficiently completes variously complex and automatical machining of cam,model,compression mould,arc wall etc,machining procedures is also directly transmitted by the stepper of RS232.The machine tools of the series are widely used in mass-produced which includes various types of general machinery,parts,injection mould,casting steel mould.The machine tools also are the ideal process equipment in hardware,mould manufacturing,electronics,military industry etc.

Main characteristics:

1.Adopt 3D modeling and FEM optimization design, the structure of wide bed and pillar,the bed adopts base type structure,the pillar adopts the box structure of frame type and is good rigidity. All the castings adopt the high-quality Mhana process and have good rigidity.

2.Choose high precision ball screw,high speed and high precision coupling,make drive be high precious and good stability and no vibration.

3.To compensate intermittently by laser interferometer tested,location precision and repetitive positioning precision is high.

4.Apply high precision,heavy load linear guide rail,friction coefficient is small,sensitive reaction.

5.Long saddle design and table full travel support.

6.High power servo motor drive,high precision and large load.

7.High speed and low torque cutting,the force of the main bearing is strong,long service life.

8.More reliability and higher response speed,which gets higher compensating speed.

9.Adopt Taiwan cam manipulator type cutter changing device,tool magazine drive and manipulator drive both adopt servo motor,simplify mechanical structure,improve the reliability of ATC system.

10.Adopt the coolant tank that separate from the machine tool,which is easy to renew the coolant liquid.

11.Booster cylinder unclamping device,convenient ATC.

12.Intermittent electric supply system.Supply periodically and quantitively each lubricating points with oil.Form the friction pair and maintain proper lubricant film.
