Plug and socket outlet endurance tester

It is designed according to the corresponding provisions of the IEC60669 and IEC60884-1,used to detect the mechanical life test of the household and similar purposes of the plugs and the sockets products. 

For testing: Making and breaking of switch, life test for the rocker switch, tumbler switch, rotary switch, push buttons.

l This tester is link with the RH16324 Fluorescent lamp power load counter, can use to test the electric life of the plugs and the sockets, the normal operation and the breaking capacity experiment.

l Some fixture may increase according to the customers requirements, on the wall switches, plate switches, pull switches, allocated plate switch, inverted plate switch and self-test button to go on the detect.

l Operating mechanism should be electrical motor 

l Test on or off mode: With the intelligent control system, can single to do the load on and off control test for each test station.

l Intelligent distinguish function: When the switch bonding, appearance to continually put through or to cut off, it can give an alarm when it reach the set time.

l The put on/off time: Can adjustable from 0 to 99.9s (min) 

l Experimental cycle time: can adjust from 1 to 99s.

l Counter: Can preset from 0 to 999999 times

l Test rate is 15-30 times per min

l Capable of makings 3 pcs of plugs & socket outlets or three Pcs switch like rocker switch, tumbler switch, rotary switch, push buttons at the same time, to matching to use with three routs power supply load. If the test times of the test sample is set to be the same, it can makings 3 pcs of plugs & socket outlets and three Pcs switch like rocker switch, for example, set to be 3o times for the test of plugs & socket outlets and 30 times for the switch test, it can do it at the same time.
