Product Description
Oxygen index measuring instrument apply to the requirements of GB/T2406, ISO4589 and ASTMD2863 (oxygen index method). Used to assess the combustion performance of the heterogeneity of solid materials, laminated materials, foam materials, films and membranes under the stated conditions.

Test gas temperature requirements is 23°±2°
Withstand heat glass tube,the diameter is larger than95mm, the height is500mm
l With double flow meter(Oxygen gas and nitrogen gas) and double pressure meter,.
l With timer device, 999s±0.25s
l Using the butane gas as the test flame gas source
l Using High-precision electronic flowmeter:Real-time acquisition and digital display the oxygen, nitrogen flow rate, resolution tate is 0.01.
l Display: LCD display flow, oxygen concentration, time, and technical parameters and test results
l Flow measurement and control system: control accuracy ≤ 3% (V / V)
l Ignition device: screw drive, the movement is accurate and reliable, and can automatically control
l Ignition: igniter diameter is Φ2 ± 1mm, flame length is16 ± 4mm
l Wind speed monitoring and display functions, wind speed: 40 ± 0.8mm / s
Intelligent identification type,Automatically displays the oxygen concentration
