Single Vertical Insulated Wire Flame Chamber Tester

It is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of IEC60332-1-1,1-2. 

The tester is composed by the test part and control part, using the integrated design, to facilitate the installation at the scene and debug. The shell of the test chamber and the important components are all manufactured by stainless steel, resistant cigarettes and gas corrosion; The automatic degree of control system is high, has automatic ignition function, temperature and time figures show, so that the observation and records are facilitate and the use of it is stable and reliable.

Technical parameters:

l Use the gas or liquefied petroleum gas as the source gas of the pilot flame (Under the conditions of the proposed, suggest to choose the better gas, to match it by the client ).

l The inner size of the test chamber is 1200±25mm*300±25mm*450±25mm

l The type of the burner is the pre-mixed type, and the inner diameter of it is12±0.5mm, the length is 100mm. 

l The burner is designed according to the IEC60695-11-2 standards.

l The height of the flame is moderate, according to the standards requirements it can be adjusted from 20mm to 175mm.

l The test angle is 0°, 20°and 45°

l The imposing time and holding time of the flame can be adjusted in the scope of 0 to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. 

l The process of the test is automatic control.

l Match with the temperature measurement device:

A: Copper block : 9mm dia. ,of mass 10.00g+/- 0.05g

B. Type K thermocouple, with the timing device, it can displayed the temperature rise time from 100°to 700°.

With double- flowmeters and pressure regulator.
