Wire and cable burning tester

Wire and cable burning tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of UL1581 and UL224. Used to detecting the fire resistance performance of the wire and cable Insulating layer.

Techinical parameters:

The tester is composed by the test part and control part, using the integrated design, to facilitate the installation at the scene and debug. The automatic degree of control system is high, has automatic ignition function, temperature and time figures show, so that the observation and records are facilitate and the use of it is stable and reliable.

Power supply: AC220V±10%/50Hz.

According to the standard: UL1581 and UL224 (The level of vertical burning)The average volume: 4m3 (the size of out appearance: 1.1x2x2.1m)

The gas or liquefied petroleum gas use as the source gas of the pilot flame (Under the conditions of the proposed, suggest the elect of temperament better gas).

The inner diameter of the burner is 9.5 ± 0.5mm, 100mm long, has the air-conditioned hole.

The height of the flame is moderate, can be set from 20mm to 175mm.

The angle of the flame test is adjustable from 0~45. After the burning of the test, the burner nozzle will be turned over 90 degrees, and turn to the direction side.  

The exclude fan select the metal which is manufactured by industrial grade, installed the unidirectional wind sealing plate between the exhaust duct and fan, the extensions can be removed to clean. 

The devices of the fixed test goods basically not affect the contact of the embers and the cotton.

The imposing time and holding time of the flame can be adjusted in the scope of 0 to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. 

 With a gas pressure regulator and flowmeter(automatic ignition)  

 With temperature measurement device.

 Observation the window from the of front the glass is the transparent one, and with one pair of sealed gloves, the distance between two gloves is 500mm. the distance from the gloves to the base of equipment is 300mm.
