Moisture-proofing Ceiling Plate

Structure of the heat insulating and moisture-proofing ceiling plate: fire resistant and thermal insulating foam as the core, with stoving varnished aluminium foil or aluminum plate on both surfaces.

features:

1.Thermal insulation: The core of the plate is phenolic foam, which has very good thermal insulation property. Its effect is the same as stalling heating resistant material on the roof. 

2.Water proofing and moisture resistant: Water absorption of the surface and the core material is quite low. No shape changing when meet water. This enables the plate to work a very long time under the moisture circumstance.

3.Light and safety: Very light, decrease the total weight of the building. It won’t hurt people when drops under such circumstances as earthquake. Phenolic foam, the core part of the plate, is good in fire-proofing. So there is no worry about the fire disaster. 

4.Easy installation: The installing method is the same as plasterboard and mineral wool board.

Compared to other ceiling plate:

1.The plasterboard ceiling plate and mineral wool ceiling plate are easy to absorb water and cuase dimension change.

2.Aluminium plate is not heat insulating. It will need to add glass wool to have the thermal insulation property.
