Biomass Sawdust Air Flow Dryer Used for Pellet Making Production Line 

Biomass Sawdust air flow dryer is the key quipment used in the pellet making production line , mainly used for the raw materials drying. The moisture of raw materials is 10-15 %, then can be used for pelletizing, the final products will be used as the fuel. 

Many industries using the biomass waste to produce biomass pellets or briquettes, and the final products used as fuel. But most of biomass waste has big moisture before processing, the perfect biomass waste moisture before processing is 10-15%, so air flow dryer is the one , which can keeo the 12-15% stay and move out the unnecessary moisture content.  

There are two types of dryer at the domestic market, one is the air flow dryer, the other is the rotary dryer.   

Franklyspeaking, the air flow dryer is much cheaper than rotary dryer,but meantime, the air fow dryer can not dry sawdust as much as rotary dryer. But for 1-2 tons / hour, air flow dryer will be the best choice.   

Air flow dryer consist of : stove, air blower, motor, dryer, cyclone. The air flow dryer has the main advantages, such as simple structure, easy operation, no need special installation, easy maintenance, saving money, long life time. Air flow dryer is the most suitable sawdust dryer in the whole market. 

The Working Principle of  Biomass Sawdust Air Flow Dryer Used for Pellet Making Production Line   

Wet materials are input into the hopper, the fuel boil generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower quickly. And then the hot air is flowing and going through the curving pipes and buffer ( drying chamber ) of dryer , thus wet materials is finished to dry, the dried products are discharging from the end of the air flow dryer.
