PET Pop can filling machine

  1,  WORKING  PROCESS
The screw rod put the cans into filling machine by star-wheels,cans in the filling machine will be sealed by machine,there is a photo-electric detection for the cans in the inlet star-wheel,if there is a can, aeration cam will work,to put gas into the can,then air cylinder begin to work,the gas in the can keep the pressure itself and pressure in filling tank equal,then the valve begin to fill,filling will finish automatically when the liqiud level reach the height of gas pipe.The filling process is finished after the air in cans is exhausted.With the function of cam,the filled cans will leave the filling valve and transferred to the conveyor syste m by oulet starwheel.The capper will keep rotation and revolution to seal the filled cans and outlet star-wheel deliver the cans out.
