I. General Description:

    This machine can convey different material,like all kinds of dry powder, grain flour and small granules,

which combines other packaging machine in our factory,  like mixer,  auger filler and sealing machine, a 

simple complete line of food processing will present to you. Of course, it’s a very practical conveyor,not 

only be separately used, but also equipping with another machine.The whole material are stainless steel

304, except the power, widely used in food industry.

II.Characteristics

1. The vibrating screw feeding machine equips with dualmotors:  one for lifting,  the other for vibrating  material;  each equips with its own switch.
2. Hopper is in continuously vibration, which helps to make material flow easily and smoothly; The hopper can be made in circle or square in its mouth, also,different volume can be customized.
3. The hopper separates from the twisting shift,  designing with reasonable structure,  every part can be easily taken down.
4. The hopper’s cover keeps dust and other material getting into,also prevents powder flash out; the cover equips a safety sensor,only when the lid closes tightly,can it start running.
5. Well-designed,it’s very easy and convenient to clean up, the residue and leftover can be fast removed reversely

1.Part one:Two motors.

 One for screw feeding; The other for hopper’s vibrating

2.Part two: Releasing hole.

 Opening door at the bottom of the screw pipe for material’s releasing.

3.Part three: Protector.

 There is protection lid and safety grid under the lid of the hopper,which is to prevent outside materials coming inside.

4.Other optional hopper,like the rounded hopper.
