1. Application

The horizontal ribbon mixer is mainly applied for dry powder, granule, or stirring and mixing of powder and liquid, especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. It is widely used for pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic industries.

2. Characteristics

1. Good effect, 0.1% equal mixed.

This mixing machine/blender has two ribbon inside. The outer ribbon make the material move from the sides to the center, and the inner ribbon moves the material from the center to the sides.So the material in the U-tank will get the complete mixing. 1gram additive can be mixed equally in 1000 gram material.

2. High efficiency: 15-20 min.

TDPM series mixer/blender with double ribbon can make the material mixed with higher speed.Generally, the material will be completely mixed in 15 to 20 minutes.

3.Special design: no leakage, no remaining.

Under the bottom of the tank, there is a flap dome valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the center. The valve is arc design to make sure no material deposit and no dead angle when mixing. There is a lid and fence on the top of the tank.It seals the tank well,so that no powder will come out during mixing.

4.Durable & stable: polishing SUS 304.

All the material of this mixing machine /blender is made of Stainless Steel 304. Easy to keep clean tidy. At the same time, we can provide SUS 316 material type. Inner side is polish surface like a mirror, so there is no contamination of different batch of powder. TDPM series mixer is with CE certificate.

5.Costmized function:

A. Size and height: We have different size and height from 200L to 2000L,and we can design a special type to meet your need,

B. Cooling or heating: This mixer can be designed to cooling or heating the powder inside. We can add layer outside the tank to form an inter layer. We can fill water or steam to heat or cool the materials in the tank.

C. Liquid spraying system: We can add an auto spraying nozzle to mix liquid with powder.
