1. General Introduction 

The aluminum alloy melting furnace has a compact structure for both melting and holding aluminum material. The melting pool is formed by once-forming casting material, which has a high strength and a long service life. The furnace is equipped with famous brand burner, which has functions of automatic ignition and temperature control. The furnace also has over-temperature alarm device. 

2. Technical Parameters 

2.1 model: CX-JQ; 

2.2 quantity: 1 set; 

2.3 melting pool capacity: decided by customer’s requirement; 

2.4 fuel: decided by customer’s choice (could be natural gas, LPG gas, diesel oil, etc); 

2.6 rated working temperature of the holding chamber: 850 degree celsius; 

2.7 temperature control accuracy: ±10 degree celsius (aluminum liquid); 

2.9 rated working conditions: 

a) The melting furnace and other facilities are working at a normal condition; 

b) The calorific value of the fuel meets the requirement. 

c) The furnace works in a continuous manner. 

d) The fuel consumption is calculated based on 3 hours of continuous working. 

e) The melting chamber should keep at least 200KG molten aluminum in the continuous melting manner; 

  f) The melting ratio is 1:1 to the raw material.

  g) The worker can charge material as many as possible as long as the furnace is not to its full capacity. 

3. Furnace Structure 

3.1 The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel, and the part surrounding the furnace door is from cast iron. 

3.2 refractory lining 

The melting chamber is lined with quality casting material and heat preservation material. The casting material is once-formed 60AC and 80AC type (supplied by Allied Mineral Products, Inc.) casting material, which has the advantages of high strength, non-adhering with molten aluminum, and long service life (compression strength: 140Mpa at a temperature higher than 110 degree celsius; linear change rate: 0.1%). The upper part of the furnace roof and furnace wall is built with Grade One high-aluminum bricks. The heat insulation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum boards and light refractory bricks.  

3.3 Burning system

The burning system employs famous brand burner, which has functions of temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, flame strength proportional regulation, safety protection, and automatic stop/start-up based on rated working temperature.  

   3.4 Charging 

The raw material is charged into the furnace manually. 

   3.5 Discharge hole 

The molten aluminum is let out through this discharge hole. 

   3.6 temperature control  

Automatic temperature control flame switch, over-temperature alarm, and flame-out protection. 

a) molten aluminum temperature control; 

b) furnace hearth temperature control; 

c) safety device and automatic control system 

4. Buyer’s Responsibility 

1) The fuel is connected to the furnace body. 

2) The wires between the control cabinet and the furnace body are provided by the seller. Utility power: 220V ±10%, 50HZ;

5. Standard build-up 

1) Furnace body, 1 set; 

2) Control system, 1 set; 

3) Thermal coupling, 2 pieces ( 1 for molten aluminum temperature, and 1 for hearth temperature; the thermal coupling measuring the molten aluminum temperature is sheathed by carborundum bushing) 

4) Burning system, 1 set; 

5) Manual, 1 copy; 

6. Post Sales Service  

Product warranty period: 1 year. The seller is responsible for repairing the furnace or replacing the broken parts if faults are caused by manufacture defects, but damages caused by faulty operations of the workers are to be repaired by the buyer itself or by the seller at a certain rate. (Easy-worn parts, and natural consumption of high temperature parts are not included in the warranty.)
