Intercooler Semi-automatic Core Assembly Machine (Hydraulic Control Type)
1. Machine Characteristics
The equipment combines the use of mechanical and hydraulic device as well as manual screw adjustment mechanism. The machine takes domino type flat tube distribution. The workers needs to align the flat tubes, clamp, and assemble the header manually.
The machine can assemble the flat tubes, fins, headers, and side plates by one working cycle. In particular, the machine can also expand the tube hole automatically at the time of assembling the header.
2. Equipment Characteristics:
The machine has the advantages of stable working performance, fast assembling speed, easy operation and low noise. The flat tubes are accurately positioned and the intercooler is evenly assembled, which ensures a better brazing effect in the brazing furnace.
This machine consists of left and right header positioning fixture, assembling working table, flat tube positioning and flexible chain and comb teeth, comb teeth up-down mechanism, core body compression, machine bed, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electrical system.
