 Main application

the equipment is used for straightening and cutting  aluminum harmonica tubes of parallel flow codensers.The equipment is driven by a servo motor.The raw material is conveyed by a precision linear guidance rail.Cutting of the pipes is cuducted through a revolving knife for a linear knife.

The equipment is also equipped with a fully-automatic decoiler.

coil feeding method:manually place the coil on the decoiler,and screw up the coil expansion core;

the decoiling method is stable and reliable.The equipment has a high cutting acceracy and a fast working speed.It is able to cut different pipes by adjusting the distance of the straightening rolling wheels.It takestwice or multiple charges to cut the aluminum tube when the cut-to-length is very large.
