Vertical expander is used to expand the copper or aluminium tube used for producing the heat exchanger.
KELETRI Expanders come in all sizes, from single tube expanders to large horizontal expanders for your largest coils. We offer many options to customize your expander to your specific production requirements.
Vertical expander is an high-efficient equipment for heat exchanger copper tube expanding. It owns smaller volume,
easy to operate/adjust and it has good bending quality and high efficiency.
1.Expanding tube, tube flaring and reflaring can be completed at one time.
2.Hardness alloyed expanding head with high efficiency and long life.
3.Electric, hydraulic and pneumatic components from famous international brand ensure the
working stability and reliability
4. The oil cylinder for expanding tube is arranged on the top of expanding bar, which is main used to mass produce family used air conditioners. The oil cylinder for expanding tube is arranged inside of machine body. The expanding power is transferred by transferring rack to lower the height of machine, which is normal used to expand central air conditioners, which the customer can choose according to their production.
Work piece length:600mm,800,1000,1200,2000,2500,3000mm for option.
Three model doors for your choice:Manual door or Double rotary work table(coil length<1600mm)
Coil lifting table(coil length>1600mm).
Inner-placed cylinder(coil length>1600mm).
Inner-placed cylinderand outer-placed cylinder(work piece length: 600,800mm).
