Main characteristics:
The whole producing line is mainly including: de-coiler, aluminum foil protective
net cover, oil tank, high speed and high precision press (high precision fin dies),
material pulling device, vacuum sucking and collecting material device, collecting
device of wasted materials and electric controlling system etc.
This kind of producing line uses Japanese OMRON 60 points PLC electric controlling
system, and equips 2-4pcs Japanese Panasonic 6 stations pre-set counter, and equips
10 groups non-contact proximity switch cam controller, as well as the imported
electri-magnetic valve etc, which can satisfy the pre-set counter of cutter
(counting holes) and thickness counter of fin during the course of producing the
fin.
The separate and movable operating system is equipped in the producing line, which
is so convenient for operation and looks nice.
