This machine is consist of Crusher, Dust Cleaner, Crushed Material Conveyor, Separator, Pressure-reducing Blower, Dust Collector, Output Unit, and the Underbed.

Working principle

1.When the raw material goes into the crusher,it will be cryshed into powder.Then they will be transported to the grading sieve by the conveyor. Under the affect of vibration screen , the crushed wire powder and copper powder will flow into different parts , in order to achieve the copper and wire ' s separation.

2.And during the production, the main point is that our machines equip with the second-crushing part, that means if the powder is much larger, it will be returned and crushed again, so that it can improve the separating rate,which can be reached to 99.9%.

3.Meanwhile, our machine equips with dust collector, it can absorb the dust, fine dust, bug dust, etc, which can make sure the working site clean and also good for the workers' heanth.
