Working principle of  Environmental protection scrap cable wire recycling equipment/waste copper wire recycling machine

1. Feed the waste cable into the pre-crusher.

2. When crushed by the crusher, raw materials after crushed go into conveyor through the below-outlet.

3.Conveyor take raw material to vibrating separator, the screen inside start to classify the raw material, plastic particles are on the first screen, a little plastic particles and a few copper wires that not through screen are on the second screen, the raw material on the second screen go into the two stage crusher to do a second crush, and the raw material   after crushing through main engine is sent to electrostatic separator for a second separation.

4. Copper separate completely with plastic by the electrostatic separator. Dust collector port is on the vibrating screen,it is used to breathe the impurity substance and dust into discharger, and then is sent to triple dust collector to remove dust.

2. According to the size and weight to make wooden box, put machine in the box and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements).
