  1200C rotary tube furnace is a CE certified Rotary & Hydrogen Gas tube furnace with two zones designed for processing materials under hydrogen gas safely.  The processing tube is made of high quality quartz tube, a small hydrogen generator is integrated into the system as well for safety measures. The included 3M hydrogen detector will shut down the hydrogen gas generator and gas inlet valve immediately upon detecting leaks of hydrogen gas. A precision temperature controller with accuracy of +/-1 ºC provides 30 programmable segments of heating, cooling and dwelling.  

  Furnace Construction 

• Double shell casing with cooling fans
• High purity alumina fibrous insulation for max. energy saving
• Quartz tube is driven by motor with a variable speed of 0 - 7 RPM
• The furnace can be tilted up to 30^o electronically
• Split cover enables faster cooling and easy operation
• Hydrogen detector and solenoid valve are included as safety measure
• Furnace utilizes magnetofluid for sealing the tube during rotation to achieve the most save seal  (picture below) 

• The hydrogen gas furnace must be placed under a fume hood which is not included. 

Max. Working Temperature 1100°C for continuously 1200 °C Max for < 2 hours
