External Bottle Conveying Belt

It ensures the unceasing supply of bottles.It works depending on an inverter controlled electric machine driving a S900 blank network chain to convey bottles.

This action can be completed on the customers requirements, which is driven by an electric machine, with bottles through this area tested and divided into groups by bottleconveying units.

The distance between different boards can be adjusted freely by operators to ensure the free movement of bottles.

Driving Bottles

Push divided bottle groups evenly to the filmwinding areas driven by a synchronous machine.

Hot shrinkage films are wound around bottle groups as required and driven by a synchronous machine.

External Conveyor

Puts wellwound bottle groups into the oven (thermal flux modification tunnel)

Film Tensioner

The unit, adjusted by air pressure, can keep the film in tense state and avoid broken films entering into winding areas.

Filmoutlet Combination

The combination, under the control of a synchronous machine, cuts a proper length of films and winds around the bottle group.

Sensor

Control the entry of bottles.

Optoelectronic Probe

Control bottles to enter the bottle conveying tunnel as required.

Adding Films Manually

When one roll of films is used up, the new films will be fused with the original ones to be continued in service.

Film Roller

Guarantees the unceasing supply of films.

Keeps films in a relaxed state with air pressure to make it easy to be wound.

Oven Drive Mechanism

Sends packed products into the oven hotair channel

Oven Structure

Electric heating tubes are installed in both sides of the oven.

An electric machine is installed on the top to drive the fan to heat the draught first and then to blow the draught to the packing bottles.

The Oven Exit

Packed products will leave the oven from here and be sent to the exterior of the machine after being cooled. Cooling Fan

Cools products just coming from the oven.
