Usefulness: The device can mainly be used in surface heat treatment for many kinds of parts and components of machines, such as axles (straight shafts, reducing shafts. Camshafts, crank shafts, gear shafts and etc). gears sleeves,rings, flanges, lead screw guides of machine tools, plane surfaces, bulbs and etc. It cannot only be applied in automatic heat-treatment production lines of reinforcements and bar steels, but also be used in automatic production lines of annealing devices for sheets. Strips as well as all kinds of pressure vessels for LPG and etc.

Configurations: standard configurations include IF Power Supply, IF Transformer, heating inductor and hardening machine. Cooling water and injection system can be prepared by users themselves, or supplied with the whole set of system.

2. How to install your machine?

We have paper installation instructions and videos, we will teach till you learn it.

3. How about the payment terms and delivery time?

Payment terms for small machines: 100% T/T in advance.

The big machines and big amount: 50% deposit 50% before shipment (we will shoot total delivering process for customer's confirmation) and the related papers. You can pay by T/T or other ways.

The small machine delivery time is within 10 days, the bigger one takes about 15-20days, and we will delivery goods on time.
