Decorative cast iron and aluminum garden lighting post

Our factory has developed a serial of lamp poles with different styles for our customers.This style hits the market especially the mid-east.

Detailed information:

1.Production technology----Traditional sand casting,the most widely used casting process

We have been in this filed for over 14 years,our customers can get sufficient quality assurance.Now we have our regular customers who will place orders every 2-3 months.

2.Surface treatment---------Powder coating finish 

Equipment:electrostatic spraying gun

Two-layer coating:First coating is applied electrostatically to form a "skin" above the metal parts,which will

prevent corrosion and increase the resistance as time goes on;Second coating is finish paint,which will prevent pollution from the air and decorate the pole at the same time.

Preparation job---------------sand blasting,polish,rust removal

3.Material----------------------cast iron

Please note:The main body is cast iron,including the pole and the base

                   The lamp head is made of aluminium with frosted glass or pc

4.You have a lot of choices for the design.Pole with one arm,two arms,three arms or four.It is up to you.Please see the pics below to get a good understanding of this pole.
