This automatic window patching machine is the most advanced and special equipment from China for patching windows of graphic carton and gift box. Base on the humanization design philosophy, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, high accuracy, high stability and easy to operate. It is suitable for the cardboard and corrugated paper. The paper is pulled away from the bottom of the paper stack one by one non-stop. After paper forward positioning, flexographic plate modeling composition, accurate patch cutting, it can be use for window patching of the gift box, toy box, shirt box and milk box and so on.

¨         Feeding: Lower friction feeding belts adopt Swiss Habsit/Japanese NITTA belts; Feeding section with vibration included.

¨         Suction feeding belts adopt German Siegling belts.

¨         One air compressor is included.

¨         One vacuum pump (JIN MA of China) used for film with air flow adjustable in pump and two side channel blower( MEI QI Le of China) for box blanks with air flow adjustable in machine, which is with patent.

¨         In case of paper absence, suction bed will go down and gluing roller will be lifted.

¨         Mechanical driving chain is from UK Renold . Key bearings adopt Japan NSK bearings.

¨         Key buttons and contactors use French Shneider.

¨         Man-machine interface touch-screen is from Kinco

¨         PLC is from Kinco.

¨         Frequency converter is from Taiwan Delta

¨         All photoelectrical sensors are from Omron.

¨         Main motor is from CDQC.  

¨         Rubber die for glue application;

¨         Machine frame adopts 30mm steel plate with heat treated and is produced by CNC machines. 

¨         Film transportation is controlled by Kinco servo motor, which improve cutting accuracy is easy for setting of cutting length.

¨         Cylinder sheeting knife:  Quality alloy steel is adopted and special heat treatment process manufacturing to ensure long life. It replaces old shearing cut. In corporation with servo controlled film transportation, film cutting is more accurate, stable and reliable.

¨         Glue application roller: It is independently rotary. It can be pulled outside of the machine body. When machine stops, the glue application roller will keep rotating by its independent motor to keep the glue from solidifying onto its surface. When cleaning, the roller can be pulled out for easy access to save time and operator energy. Gluing roller is with special material coated, which is both acid proof and alkali proof and is better than chrome coating. Gluing amount is adjustable by means of doctor blade made of engineering plastic. Gluing area is adjustable by means of two baffle plates made of nylon. The gluing system is with patent.

¨         Intermittent film slitting system:This system is specially for partly slitting or constant slitting of the film such as the slit of the film on tissue box and etc. Slitting length and position can be adjustable easily. It works reliably without deflection.

¨         The machine will be with two counters in touch screen. One is for total output the other is for shift output
