APPLICATIONS:

Automatic foil stamping and die cutting machine Excel F-92/106 is a sheet-fed flat-bed foil stamper and die cutter with high speed. It is used to realize die cutting, foil stamping and embossing. Foil stamping and embossing or die cutting and embossing can be done in one pass.

MAIN FEATURES:

1.Middle line positioning system for quick plate loading and locking.

2.New gripper bar with revolving gripper opening and grippers adjustable in transversal to give machine more flexibility.

3.Quick pressure loading and unloading device to shorten the procedure to be in 3-4 seconds.

4. Stamping system controlled by Transcend 09 computer control.

7. System of passing the highest point twice by means of double toggle structures to ensure stamping quality greatly.

10.New delivery system with mechanical brushes and delivery suction device to ensure good delivery to thin paper less then 100gsm

11. New feeding system, new feeder and new side lay give nice sheet transportation together.
