APPLICATIONS:

RF-2820 is an off-line automatic web-fed hot foil stamping machine. It is with two hot stamping stations. It can realize embossing, hot foil stamping and repeat hot foil stamping in one pass. Its modular design also allows die cutting, creasing, embossing and hot foil stamping in one pass to greatly simplify your production flow.

MAIN FEATURES:

1.Double platform control system composed by Bosch-Rexroth MLC and Lenze L-Force gives comprehensive control on the machine from web unwindng to foil stamping until web reminding.

2.Eltromat Sincon-Star register system gurantee top level foil to print accuracy.

3.Complete alignment system apply in both mark registration and edge check to assures perfect straight web feeding.

4.DPE tension control system provides perfect web tension on both foil and paper roll to improve stamping performance.

5.Advanced three-shaft foil feeding system makes foil feeding tolerance free at high speed and meets the demand of complicated stamping jobs.

6.Sunction type foil reservation ensures the continuous and smooth foil supplement in high speed.
