Process flow:
UPVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
UPVC Pipe Extruding Line :
The upvc pipe extruding line includes: material charger, SJZ series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker. Clients also can choose double/four upvc pipe extruder machine to make small size PVC pipes.
