the press is adopted of PLC controller . The automatic control and manual control can be changed.
the vulcanizing time and exhaust number and time can be set in the PLC. if you use auto control type, the plate rising, vulcanizing , exhaust , mould opening is auto cycle. if you adopt manual control , all action must be by hands.
the temperature controller are adopted of digital gauge.
3plates 2 working layers, per layers have slide rails, it can be pushed out and in the moulds by hands conveniently.
