High tensile strength TPU laminated glass film for bulletproof laminated glass

Introduction:

TPU (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane) film is the best interlayer film for laminated glass. Especially for architectural laminated glass, bullet-proof laminated glass and auto windshield. TPU laminated glass features high tensile strength, excellent weatherability, high transparent and long service life. 

Advantages of TPU film

We use 100% imported fresh material for Fangding TPU hotmelt adhesive film. 

1. High tensile strength and impact resistence. Our TPU hotmelt adhesive film could stand 160kg/cm². It's very suitable for bullet-proof laminated glass and auto windshield.

2. High transparent. The transmittance rate of Fangding TPU hotmelt adhesive film can reach 95%. No haze appears on the TPU laminated glass. It won't turn fuzzy when you making bullet-proof laminated glass, even if you bond 4 glass layers together with the TPU film as interlayer. There also have no bubble in the auto windshield, even if 10 years or 20 years pass by.

3. High weatherability. Laminated glass produced with Fangding TPU hotmelt adhesive film can stand extremly low temperature to -50 °C, and high temperature to 100 °C.

4. Excellent UV-Blocking performance. It can block harmful ultraviolet more than 99%.

5. Strong adhesion to glass and PC panel, which is very suitable for bullet-proof laminated glass.

6. Simple requirements for TPU laminated glass production environments. It can be produced by laminated glass machine made by Fangding. Neither temperature and hummidity controlled room nor pre-pressing machine is needed. It is processed in one step. Besides, it also can choose autoclave for production.

7. Easier and longer for storage. Fangding TPU hotmelt adhesive film adopts the patented double embossing technology . The TPU hotmelt adhesive films are separated by release film and packed by vacuum package . It can be stored for long time in the normal weather. No cold closet with temperature and hummidity controlled is needed.

8.Long service life. Fangding TPU laminated glass could be used for 40 years outside.

Applications of TPU film

1. Bullet-proof glass: TPU film is strongly adhesive to PC panel and its transmittance rate can reach 85-95%. Compared to PVB and EVA film, it is much higher in tensile strength, better in aging resistance and long in useful life. It is very easy to made bullet-proof laminated glass, just use: 8mm glass+0.38mm TPU film+8mm glass +0.38mm TPU film+8mm glass.

2. Laminated glass for architecture and curtain wall: the UV-block rate of TPU adhesive film is more than 99%.

3. Windshield for cars, trains, military vehicles and ships.

4. Swichable glass and LED laminated glass.

5. Solar PV panel laminated glass. TPU laminated glass could be used for 40 years outside.
