Brief introduction of Fangding TPU laminate film

TPU (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane) is the best interlayer film for laminated glass, especially for bullet-proof laminated glass, architectural laminated glass and auto windshield. It features high tensile strength, excellent climatic resistance, high transmittance and long useful life.

Performance of Fangding TPU laminate film

1.High tensile strength and impact resistance.

2.The transmittance rate can reach 95%, no haze appears on the laminated glass sandwiched with TPU film.

3.High climatic resistance. It can stand extremely low temperature to -50°c and high temperature to 100°C; Excellent in UV block and aging resistance. It can block ultraviolet more than 99%, and protect indoor fitment effectively.

4.Strong adhesion to glass and PC panel, which is very suitable for bulletproof glass, windshield and architectural laminated glass.

5.Simple requirements for TPU laminated glass production environments. It can be produced by laminated glass machine made by Fangding. Neither temperature and humidity controlled room nor pre-pressing machine is needed. It is processed in one step. Besides, it also can choose autoclave for production.

6.Easier and longer for storage. Fangding TPU car protective film adopts the patented double embossing technology. This ensures no bubbles on the laminated glass. The films are separeted by insulating film and packed by vacuum package. At ordinary temperature, TPU film is non-sticky, but long for storage time and useful life.

Applications of Fangding Bulletproof TPU film

1. Bullet-proof glass: TPU film is strongly adhesive to PC panel and its transmittance rate can reach 85-95%. Compared to PVB and EVA film, it is much higher in tensile strength, better in aging resistance and long in useful life.

2. Laminated glass for architecture and curtain wall: the UV-block rate of TPU adhesive film is more than 99%.

3. Windshield for cars, trains, military vehicles and ships.

4. Swichable glass and LED laminated glass.

5. Solar PV panel laminated glass.
