1. medical gas manifold.

--Manually switch gas source, suite as bottled gas.

--Gas manifolds produced by quality copper material, the system passed through the compression    resistance testing, safety and reliable in use.

--With silver seal for all connection of the pipe, prevent leakage effectively

--Gantry structure, easy to install

--With safety device, enure stable gas pressure and safety.

--With gas filter, to block off impurity effectively

--Several selections for connection,usually include 2*3, 2*5, 2*10 and so on.

--Applicable gas: oxygen; 50% Nitrogen and 50% oxygen; nitrogen and CO2

2. vacuum control system.

--The control system is used to automatically control two or three vacuum pumps with the function of start, stop and change-over automatically.

--It adopts SIEMENS relay and imported indicator light to ensure the stability.

--The signal is collected by electric-contract pressure gage or pressure switch.

--The working mode can be manual, automatic and emergency stop.

--The power supply is 220V AC, alarm are available when break down happens.

--The dimension is 400mm*600mm*50mm.

3. Shut-off valve box

--Use high quality stainless steel shut-off valve, stable and reliable.

--Copper pipe is 22mm diameter, the thickness is 2.5mm.

   The shut-off box is cold rolled steel processed and surface painted.

--One shut-off box can install one or two or three kinds of gas pipeline, the size of box can be adjusted.

--Pressure gage is assembled to indicate the pressure.

4.gas alarm system

-- There are two types for you to choose: digital display type and general type.

--Digital display gas alarm system adopt pressure sensor to collect the pressure signals, and the pressure will be displayed. When there is over or less pressure situation happen, the alarm will be given.

--The general type of gas alarm system adopt the electric-contact pressure gage to get the touch point signal, also alarm when less or over pressure happens.

--Each gas alarm system have press buttons of test and mute, and the 485 outlet is provided.

--Each type of gas alarm system have two styles for you to choose: three gas modules type and seven gas modules type.

5. gas terminal unit

--We can provide those types: British standard, American standard, German standard, French standard, Japanese Standard gas outlet.

--All the medical gas outlets manufactured complied with the international standard.

--The medical gas outlet can be connected to copper pipelines, probe connectors or soft plastic tube.

--British standard and Japanese standard gas outlets can be installed on O2, Air, Vacuum, N2O, CO2 and AGSS pipes.

--German standard and French Standard gas outlets can be installed on O2, Air, vacuum and N2O.

--American standard outlets have four styles: Ohmeda,Chemetron, Puritan-Bennett and DISS.
