HY-CRI200B-I High Pressure Common Rail Injector and Pump Test Bench

2. User can define rail pressure, pulse width,the amount of volume oil and other parameters by themselves.
3. It can test the cranking oil quantity and backflow oil quantity of the injector in different situations.
4. It can washing the common rail injector with high pressure and test it in sealed environment.
5. It can test BOSCH,DEOSN,DELPHI and other kinds of common rail injectors.
6. It contains standard parameter database of often used injectors .

a)         Tianqi quadrupole electric motor (380V): 15KW

b)        The main frame is cold box board and aviation aluminum composite structure, cast iron operating platform.

c)         Its control type is automatically computer control and display by screen.

d)        The accuracy of weighing oil digital readout (weighing transducer) is 0.1ml.

e)         The rail pipe is controlled by automatically closed cycle, and pressure display (accuracy±0.1Mpa) with overpressure protection.

f)         Oil temperature (adjustable) is controlled automatically, heated by heating pipe and refrigerated through strong refrigeration unit.

g)        Its filtering type is tertiary filter.
