Product Description
NT-40 polyester glass fibre body filler is a two component chemical paste reinforced with a glass fibre used for the bridging of holes and rust in surfaces such as steel and GRP.
Strong polyester bridging compound. Ideal for bridging holes and is water resistant when cured.
ADVANTAGES of NT-40 body filler

2. Can be sanded and shaped if required.
3. Easily covered with standard polyester filler or can be repainted directly
Product Technical Data Sheet
Prepatation:
Clean surface with warm, soapy water to remove all wax, grease and oil. Allow to dry.
Mixing Ratio:
NT-40 polyester glass fibre filler: 100% by weight
BPO Hardener : 2-3% by weight
Stir the body filler before using, knead the cream hardener. Mix thoroughly at room temperature , using plastic spreader or putty knife to uniform color on clean, nonporous surface. Mix only small amounts that can be used within 3 to 4 minutes. Do not add cream hardener in filler container.
Methold of application:
Apply in thin layers and spread smoothly, do not blob on or apply all at once
Pot Life:
3-4 minutes
Drying/Sanding Times:
Allow the application of filler to cure 20 to 30 minutes. Sand with 80 grit sand paper and featheredge with 180 grit sandpaper or finer. Wait 1 hour before painting. Drying time depends on temperature and amount of hardener used.
Optional: Apply a very thin layer of NT288 Kombi Filler to fill pinholes or small imperfections if necessary.
Recoated:
Can be primed and painted after 1hour.
NOTES:
Read all directions and warnings prior to using Nice Touch products.
Never return mixed filler to can

Storage:
12 months in original sealed can at cool and dry place at 20°C
