1.Application and Standards

1.1. FR-XLPE power cables are mainly used in the fixed laying places which requires fireproof. such as high rise buildings,subway,nuclear power plant,power plant,air port field,oilfeld,chemical plant and important industry and mine enterprise.They can also be used in fire fighting occasions.

Meanwhile,they are the necessary cable for emergency power supply,fir pump,electrical lift and communication signal system.

1.2. RF-XLPE power cables can be produced according to our factory specification which is equivalent to the standard IEC60502.The factory can also design and manufacture special XLPE cable according to the other standards required by the customers.

2. Properties

2.1. The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees for XLPE insulation cable.

2.2. The ambient temperature of laying cable can not be lower than 0 degrees.

3. Main Property

3.1. The finished wire and cable can burn for three hours in the flame of 750~800 degrees,and meanwhile,they can go through the rated voltage too.The fireproof property and their testing methods respectively meet stipulations of IEC 331 and GB/T 19216.The flame retardant property is in compliance with the standard IEC332-3.

3.2. The fireproof power cable can go through that of 3.5kv for 5 minutes.

3.3. Other properties are the same as common cables of the same type.
