    1. The rated voltage (0.6/1kV) of cable should fit for the running of the system.

    2. The max running temperature of the conductor of cable is 70, the max temperature of the conductor of cable should less then 150 when short circuit. (less then 5 second)

    3. Then min bending diameter should larger then two times of the diameter of the cylinder for cable bending test.

The product is produced against GB12706-91. And the product can be produced against the standard of IEC, DIN, JIS and the standard required by the clients.

Product Standard:Our factory produces XLPE cable according to state standard GB12706-91``Rated voltage 35kV and below copper core and aluminium core plastic insulated power cable`` and GB 11017-89``Rated voltage 110kV copper core and aluminium core XLPE insulated power cable``. The GB12706-91 standard is equivalent tointernational standard IEC502-1983``Rated voltage.

 1-30kV plastic extruded and wrapped insulated power cable.The GB11017-89 standard adopts international standard IEC840-1988``Rated voltage 30-150kV extruded and wrapped insulated power cable experiment``.

Our factory can also design and produce some XL cable for special requirements according to clients demand.

Property for Use:

1.Max. rated temperature of cable conductor is 90^oC.

2.For short circuit (max. sustained time not exceeding 5s), max. temperature of cable conductor not exceeding 250^oC.
