YL Series light-weight foam block making machine

was designed and developed by senior engineers of Zhanpeng in more than two years. It is an automatic production line that used to produce unburned light-weightaerated concrete blocks. The machine is versatile, as it can produce unburned ceramic aerated concrete blocks, self-thermal insulation foam concrete, exterior wall insulation boards and core boards of fire door. YL Series light-weight foam block making machine uses fly ash, electric lime and other industrial waste as the main materials. It is easy to get such materials and the cost is low. The whole line requires small investments, which is 20-30% of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks production line, featuring low production and operation cost.

We provide complete production line  for light weight CLC block and how to run the plant.Process-lightweight Concrete Block are produced by adding foam air bubbles into a fly ash-cement mixture. Foam Generator will use to create millions of air bubbles from foam chemical. The foam is mixed in proportion with cement Flyash/light weight waste material and water.The Different grades manufacutured on basis of strength, thermal conductivity, density and durability grades.

Density Ranges:300-800 kg/m3

Density Ranges:1000-1200 kg/m3

Density Ranges:1200-1800 kg/m3
