The machine is versatile, as it can produce unburned ceramic aerated concrete blocks, self-thermal insulation foam concrete, exterior wall insulation boards and core boards of fire door. YL Series light-weight foam block making machine uses fly ash, electric lime and other industrial waste as the main materials. It is easy to get such materials and the cost is low. The whole line requires small investments, which is 20-30% of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks production line, featuring low production and operation cost.

Foam Generator will use to create millions of air bubbles from foam chemical.
